Today we went down to the sea shore early in the morning when the tide was low to learn about the little sea creatures that live in the tide pools, the weather was absolutely amazing! We also learned that tides are the highest/lowest when the earth, moon and the sun are in line, this is referred to as spring tides. On the flips side, when the earth, moon and sun are in the formation of a right angle it is called a neap tide this formation produces the least tidal range.
